Description

Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS RADIATION SAFETY MONITORING SERVCES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VA Medical Center, Quality Management & Improvement Dept., located at 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. The Quality Management & Improvement Dept. needs a Blanket Purchase Agreement for one (1) base year + (4) one-year options to renew for Radiation Safety Monitoring Services. This procurement will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories - Radiation dosimetry (i.e., radiation testing) laboratories or services. The small business size standard is $15 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about May 13, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
