SOLICITATION NUMBER: SPE7LX-16-R-0108 The subject requirement is for the acquisition of one National Stock Number (NSN) for use on the MRAP or similar units. The FSC for this requirement is 2510. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period with annual price redetermination and two, one year, option periods with annual redetermination. Options are exercised at the discretion of the government. The total duration based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Small Business Standards is 500. Sole source HUBZone FOB and Acceptance/Inspection points will be on the RFP. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 07/08/2016. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
