- AWARD NOTICE AND POSTING OF J and A FOR SOLE-SOURCE Contractor shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, materials and parts, supervision, supplies, tools, facilities, and transportation necessary to accomplish inspection troubleshooting and repairing the boom and telescoping cylinders for three government-owned cranes, including providing trucking services to transport each crane from the Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) Crane Yard to the Contractor ™s facility to perform the following work and transporting each crane back from the Contractor ™s facility to NBSD Crane Yard once all work is complete.
