Work Items - Additive Item #1 Work Items - Trail 10B Work Items - Existing Trail Standard Drawings Vicinity Map Signed Cover Sheet Full Solicitation Package Standard Form 18, Request for Quotation Full solicitation package is now available. Construct approximately 1.5 miles of ATV trail and construct/install other trail improvements along 9.2 miles of existing ATV trail on trail #10 on Buck Ridge. Work generally includes new trail construction, reconditioning of existing tread, construction of switchbacks, clearing on existing roads, trail obliteration, erosion control and installation of drainage structures, post and sign installation, and other miscellaneous trail work. The project is located approximately 7 miles due south of the Big Sky Ski Area within sections 26, 31 and 36 of T7S, R2E, sections 31 and 32 of T7S, R3E, sections 31 of T7S, R4E, sections 1-5 and 10, 11 of T8S, R3E, and section 6 of T8S, R4E, southwest of Bozeman, Montana. From Bozeman, follow west for 5 miles on highway 191 to Four Corners. Turn left or south on highway 191 and follow the highway up the Gallatin Canyon towards Big Sky. Approximately 3.5 miles beyond the Big Sky turn, turn right on Doe Creek Road #2599. Follow the gravel road approximately 8 miles to the end of the road and the Upper Buck Ridge Trailhead and beginning of project. From the trailhead, follow Buck Ridge Trail #10 (open to ATV's) westward up Buck Ridge. The project encompasses sections of this trail for approximately 10 miles. Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204(b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000. Total Small Business Set-Aside.
