Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Presstek LLC., 55 Executive Drive, Hudson, NH 03051. This source is the only known source capable of responding to the FBI's requirement due to the proprietary nature of the required parts. The contract's Period of Performance includes one base year and four option years extending to June 2022. The value of the contract is expected to be $175,000.00. The proposed contract action, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302, is for parts required for the current Presstek 52 Digital Image (52DI) printing press.
