- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office (DCSO) anticipates issuing a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for a 60 months IDIQ in support of U.S Forces stationed throughout Japan. The requirement is for a maximum of 4511 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), accessories and copier machines including installation and removal, full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or after 1 June 2017. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 532420 with a size standard of $32.5 million and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be W074. The subsequent solicitation will be posted electronically on FedBizOpps (FBO) ( www.fbo.gov ). The solicitation evaluation method will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The evaluation criteria will be as follows: Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DCSO.
