- Sources Sought: Repair of Modern Signal Processor (MSP) as required for the United States Guard (USCG) MH-60T Aircraft. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and to identify interested sources. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. It is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Further, unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Funding is not available at this time. The USCG has not made a commitment to procure any of the supplies discussed, and release of this sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this subject. The USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) requests capability statements from interested companies for the purpose of identifying Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified sources capable of repairing the item below IAW the OEM Repair Manual at Firm Fixed Prices. The Nomenclature, National Stock Number (NSN), Part Number (P/N), desired delivery time and MFG Cage Code are listed below: Nomenclature NSN Part Number Delivery MFG MSP 1680-01-HS2-6119 1239-2250-FA 90 days 1M8L7 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. Please respond to the following questions in addition to submission of your company's capability statement: 1. Is your company OEM Repair certified? 2. Is your company a large or small business? If small, define your company's socioeconomic classification. 3. What is your company's lead time for these items? 4. Would you subcontract any part of this work? 5. Are these items treated as commercial or non-commercial? 6. Does your company offer warranty on repairs? If yes what is the standard warranty? 7. Where is your repair facility located? 8. Does the Service Contract Act apply to these repairs? If not state reason for Exemption. 9. Are any terms and conditions applicable to this requirement other than those customary in the market place? 10. Are there any special packaging, handling, shipping, or storage requirements for these items?
