- Solicitation for Vendor Quote Navy Medicine East Contracting Office has a requirement for a SonoSite Ultrasound System (1) Each. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
