- QASP Matrix Attachment 2 - QASP Attachment 1 to Solicitation Solicitation Justification & Approval for Sole Source This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS (www.fbo.gov). The RFQ number is N39040-17-T-0135. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. THIS SOLICITATION IS SOLE-SOURCED TO VILLAGE MARINE TECHNOLOGY (PARKER HANNIFIN). The Justification & Approval to solicit as a Sole Source is attached. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests a response from Village Marine Technology for the repair of Reverse Osmosis Units #1 and #2; Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. Anticipated Period of Performance: June 19, 2017 - June 18, 2018 ITEM DESCRIPTION 01 Removal/Inspection of Reverse Osmosis Units in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications in Section C of the attached solicitation 02 Repair/Reinstall Reverse Osmosis Units in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications in Section C of the attached solicitation 03 Test Reverse Osmosis Units in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications in Section C of the attached solicitation Solicitation provisions, contract clauses, terms, and conditions can be found in the attached solicitation.
