Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division intends to solicit, negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The intended award is to Time Warner Cable Business Services (2551 Dulles View Drive, Herndon, VA 20171), to acquire cable and WIFI services at 250 Delaware Avenue Buffalo, NY for 5 years. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; it is for informational purposes only. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to Ms. Sang Han at sang.han@ice.dhs.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
