- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS Regulated Medical Waste Collection. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Engineering Department, located at Juncture of Lamont & Veterans Way. The Engineering Dept. needs a contract for one (1) base year + (4) one-year options for a Full Service Regulated Medical Waste Collection Contract. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 562119 Other Waste Collection. The small business size standard is $38.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about May 3, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
