- Experience Questionnaire AG-03R6-S-17-0049 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95B. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or www.acquisition.gov. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $15 million. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330 Engineering Services. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0049 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Economic Analysis/ Evaluation of 2 mineral exams for the Regional Office, R1, of the Lolo National Forest. See attached for complete project description. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price, past performance and capability to accomplish this type of work. Performance Period will begin approximately 1 June 2017 to 15 June 2018. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. The following items will need to be submitted; 1. Schedule of Items containing quoted amounts (attachment) 2. Experience Questionnaire directly related to this line of work (attachment) Quotes must be received by 12 May 2017, 1:00 PM, MST at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Theresa Peterson, AQM, 24 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula, MT. 59804.
