- Project Description PROJECT: WA FS ERFO 2016(1)-23(2), Okanogan-Wenatchee 2016 Repairs, Phase 1, Yakima/Kittitas/Chelan and Okanogan Counties, Washington. LOCATION: Yakima, Kittitas, Chelan and Okanogan Counties, Washington within the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest. WORK: This project consists of reinforced soil slopes, roadway embankment, aggregate base and drainage, and other small items of work. See "Description of Work" for additional details LENGTH: Various Miles north of Yakima, there are 8 sites: Road 5160 - MP 1.3 - 48°43'56",-120°08'18.2" Road 5008 200 - MP 2.0 - 48°28'54.4",-120°04'49.3" Road 4100 300 - MP 4.0 - 48°19.194',-120°57.355' Road 4330 600 - MP 0.99 - 47°07'12.7",-120°10'49" Road 4010 - MP 4.5 - 48°03'13.59",-120°04'55" Road 4010 - MP 5.5 - 48°03'29",-120°05'53" Road 5483 - MP 2.1 - 47°18'20.3",-121°23'23.1" Road 1382 - MP - 46°39'6.1",-121°14'47.5" TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: August - November 2017 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
