For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code, telephone number and email address. PRON: AX7C0698AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 28 each up to 50 each maximum quantity of an CARTRIDGE ASSY, TRAN, NSN: 1615-01-116-7083, Part Number: 145D5314-4, applicable to the BK CH-47 (CHINOOK) weapon systems. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing (FAT) is 347 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA, 18466-5059. Forecasted quantities are 1st year - 28 each, 2nd year - 11 each, and 3rd year - 11 each. This item is sole-sourced to The Boeing Company. This acquisition is restricted to the item description set forth in this synopsis, which specifies a Government or manufacturer's part number. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) included with this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to obtain all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the item being solicited to include obtaining and maintaining any necessary licensing agreements with the data owner while the contract is in effect-AVIATION ONLY. All references to specifications and drawings must include all and only Government approved changes or revisions, which is effective as of the date of this solicitation. If any effective change or revision affects the interchangeability of the item (ability to be interchanged with previous parts or to connect with all Mating parts when assembled), the Contractor shall request prior verification and approval of the change or revision from the Procuring Contracting Officer prior to implementing the change. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
