Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office seeks qualified vendors (large or small) capable of offering Technical Instructor/Course Developer services for a high velocity training support/Curriculum Development for potential Commanding and Executive Officers in support of Surface Warfare Officer School (SWOS) Norfolk, Norfolk VA. The Instructor/Course Developer would be required to possess prior Surface Warfare Command and/or Major Command experience and curriculum development expertise for guided seminar discussions and appropriate dissemination to the Fleet and a Secret clearance. See attached draft Performance Work Statement(PWS). THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The intent is to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the required services. Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by 19th of May, 2017. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Business size and status of your company 2. Suggested North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 3. Have you performed the same or similar work in the past? 4. Have you managed a contract of this nature? 5. Do you have a GSA contract?
