The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236210 with a size standard of $36.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The objective of this project is to upgrade the Centralized Aircraft Support System (CASS); Project Number TYMX150072, JBSA-Randolph. General Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material and supervision required to design and construct a new above ground CASS for T-38C Aircraft. The above ground CASS shall upgrade the existing in ground system. The new CASS shall be installed in T-38 shelter rows 2-7 (Total of 6 Rows), and operate with existing control panel at JBSA-Randolph-Hangar 5. CASS System shall be designed to function as the primary J85 engine start for T-38C aircraft. The 502D Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 284 day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
