- Overlay Courtroom2 Updated drawings 4-2017 Overlay Courtroom1 The Contractor shall supply the Western District of New York U.S. District Court at the Keating FB & USCH with Audio and Visual Systems infrastructure for courtrooms one and two in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 3/6/2017. Estimated project amount is from $25,000.00 to $150,000.00. Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 1:30 PM. All proposals must be in the proper format which is written, detailed, and itemized and on the proper forms. Proposals not in the format will not be accepted. Proposals are due on May 12, 2017 at 4:00 PM EST. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov.
