Description

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333924. This procurement is for the purchase of BRAND NAME or EQUAL: Hyster K160 Model 4K EE Rated (2 Each), Bobcat Compact Track Loader Model T870 T4 (1 Each), and Toyota Diesel Forklift Model 8FDU30 (2 Each) in accordance with Salient Characteristics that will be provided in the actual solicitation. This procurement will be Full and Open and will include DFARS 252.225-7021. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Delivery: 120 days after date of contract award. FOB Destination: Anniston Defense Munitions Center, Anniston, AL 36201 All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 20 May 2017 with a closing date approximately 14 to 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
