- Solicitation NESDIS requires technical and professional support services for the NESDIS Senior Leadership Team functions in (a) Enterprise and organization Management (b) Development of quality management structure (c) Development of policies (d) Independent review of enterprise architecture and organizational systems design (e) Strategic planning and performance assessments (f) Team and executive development (g) International and Inter-Agency partnerships (h) Human capital and Budget strategic alignment NESDIS also needs to conduct R&D to advance technology and state-of-the-art for application to future satellite and ground systems in accordance with NESDIS mission/objectives and to provide high levels of education and experience in the related areas of science, data, and technology.
