All questions are due 05/17/2017 @ 12PM, Eastern Standard Time. Please use the attached Q&A form to submit your questions. When submitting your questions please use the following header in your E-mail Subject Line: Q&A COMPANYNAME Solicitation#. The answers to the questions submitted will be posted on FedBizop with the final RFP. When the final RFP is posted an additional 2 days will be permitted to submit additional questions. Questions directed to Government personnel other than the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist are prohibited. THIS DRAFT RFP IS NOT AN AUTHORIZATION TO START WORK. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY PREPERATION OR PROPOSAL COST ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DRAFT RFP The Official RFP will be release at a later date.
