- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is utilizing NAICS code 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing with the small business size standard being 1,000 employees. This Solicitation and all Amendments will be available online through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov). This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Bulk Shredders and Vertical Balers with delivery, installation and warranty.
