- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO on a sole source for Servocylinder Test Stations in support of the Navy's F/A-18 A-F & EA-18G Program. The Boeing Company has the current drawing package for retrofit/upgrades of obsolescence components and software in the existing Servocylinder Test Stations and Electro-hydraulic Valve Test Station (EHVTS). REQUIREMENTS The NAWCAD is soliciting to The Boeing Company to retrofit/upgrades of obsolescence components and software in the existing Servocylinder Test Stations and Electo-hydraulic Valve Test Station (EHVTS) in support of the F/A-18 A-F & EA-18G Program. Table 1 provides a current listing of the EHVTS that need updating and retrofitting. Table 2 (option) shows the quantity of two (2) new servocylinder test stations the Navy is interested in. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government.
