- Description
- As part of Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HQ0034-16-BAA-RIF-0001 for Fiscal Year 2017, the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE) has an interest in technologies, products, and logistics that support the development of an Intelligent After Action Review (AAR). The solution would utilize adaptive learning algorithms to convert training event data gathered by live training domain systems to create echelon appropriate AAR material and tailored tutoring feedback. The solution will also create a framework by which the system can be expanded/scaled to provide feedback solutions from individual events through collective combat training center rotations. The primary objective of the Intelligent Live Domain AAR is to develop AAR products and supporting processes that distribute the AAR products to AAR participants. Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-Orlando), on behalf of PEO STRI, awarded contract number W900KK-17-C-0028 on 1 May 2017 to Riptide Software, Inc., for Intelligent AAR under RIF BAA HQ0034-16-BAA-RIF-0001.
