- Wage Determination Map Package Specifications Solicitation The Monongahela National Forest announces an opportunity to provide hand application of herbicide to black birch, striped maples, Fraser magnolia, red maple, sugar maple, black gum, witch-hazel, mountain holly, sassafras, and American beech on the Cheat/Potomac Ranger District in Pendelton County, West Virgina. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The intent of this contract is to perform all work required for chemical site preparation for natural regeneration. No reimbursement will be made for costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow-up information requests.
