- Description
- The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires a support vessel and crew to be used during the underway phase of exercise SEA BREEZE 2017, 18 Jul - 21 Jul 2017. The vessels will be used as a training platform to facilitate compliant boarding exercises in the North West Black Sea. This procurement will be procured under full and open competition. Market research was conducted and there was not two or more small businessess capable of performing this requirement. The director for small business concurred with this decision on 02 May 2017.
