- RFQ - N6809617R0004 Naval Hospital Guam is seeking for a Steris Service Preventive Maintenance and Repair Contract for the following equipment: Evolution 66 Sterilizer, 2ea. Reliance Genfore Washer/Disinfector, 2ea., Caviwave Ultrasonic Console, 2ea., AMSCO 400, 4ea. This combined synopsis & solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all capability statements or quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (N6809617R0004) is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
