Price Matrix & Compensation Plan Exhibit F Exhibit D Exhibit B Exhibit C Fee Basis Providers Draft Solicitation This is a pre-solicitation notice for Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Fee Basis Providers on behalf of the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO). The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621111 - Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business size standard is $11M. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Labor Hour Contract Line Item Numbers as a result of the solicitation. The projected base period for this requirement will be 1 Feb 2018 through 31 Jan 2019, and have (4) 12 month option periods. This requirement has been Set-Aside 100% for 8(a) concerns. Solicitation W81K04-17-R-0008 will be used as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov), on or about 25 July 2017. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the Internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contract will be awarded using best value techniques. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer in response to this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (Cage Code).
