- Price Schedule Solicitation Packet The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide health practitioners having a degree of D.P.M (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) at the Colorado Service Unit, located in Colorado. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation will be available on or about May 04, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFQ by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. The RFP due date is 23 May 3:00 p.m. ES. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621391 and the Small Business Standard is $7.5 million.
