VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) 500 Foothill Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84148 Background In the near future a solicitation will be posted as the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT has a need for a Service contract for Medical Waste removal and disposal. This will be a Base Year plus four Option Years (should the government decide to exercise the Option Years). Project Scope The VA Medical Center needs a service contract to perform Medical Waste removal and disposal, IAW all Federal, VA, State, and Local Regulations. Service Location VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) 500 Foothill Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84148 The solicitation should be posted soon, any questions please e-mail to Lance.Davis2@va.gov. The solicitation will have a SOW/PWS describing all requirements.
