- MR is currently performing market research to determine the availability of sources to provide a comprehensive training and education curriculum for the Marine and Family Services SAPR program. MR is seeking experienced industry vendors that specialize in training and education development materials to include instructional video materials. MR encourages businesses to present alternate or enhanced service solutions and capabilities. Should MR proceed to procure this service; MR intends to use any information provided in response to this RFI to develop an acquisition strategy and statement of work.
