- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Richmond, Virginia through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), or Small Businesses (SB) to Provide a Flowstar NS, Includes funnel, urine container and roll of thermal paper. Flowstar is a compact and digital flowmeter designed for practical, everyday flow studies. The flow and volume scales can be adjusted and the pre-flow and post-flow time are user selectable. Essential physical characteristics and dimensions: A: must have digital flow sensor B: measure flow and calculate flow C: flow accuracies must be +- 1ml or 1% The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
