- Amend 0003 The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to: 1) Amend Addendum 1.0 Statement of Work; section 1.4 Tasks, Task 1 Furnish, Deliver and Off-Load Hay, Frequency and Manner of Deliveries, to clarify the method by which deliveries will be requested, the hours when deliveries can occur and the estimated number of deliveries to each stable within a given one-year period and; 2) Amend Addendum 2.0 Schedule of Supplies and Services, base and all Option Period CLINs to clarify that the government expects contractors to provide pricing for the Not-to-Exceed quantity of 150 tons of hay per year. The SF-30 and Amended RFQ document P17PS01083 are attached. All changes are shown in highlight, with a change bar in the right-hand margin. The date and time for the submission of quotes is not extended. There are no other changes to the terms of the solicitation. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this modification by signing and returning one copy of the Amendment 0003 SF-30 in boxes 15a through 15c along with their quote.
