Description
The required quantity is 16,683.00; all units to be shipped to DODACC (W62G2T) TRACY, CA 95304. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. The required delivery is 250 days ARO. FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at destination are required. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Surplus material will not be accepted. Based on Market Research this item is manufactured for Military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp around 05/18/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance and Delivery. This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated. Pursuant to DAG 15.203-2 submission of proposals by electronic commerce (e-mail) is allowed. Submit e-mailed proposals to the contracting officer or post in DIBBS. A single email cannot exceed 15 MB. Proposals greater than 15 MB must be divided into multiple emails. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer.
