Each weight needs to be clearly labeled with the amount of weight in pounds Needs to have a minimum accuracy of plus and minus on 15,000 lbs. + 400/-0 lbs. The accuracy standard per every 15,000 lbs. must be no greater than 400 lbs. over the labeled weight and no less than listed weight.
