- Single Source Justification On behalf of the 1st Special Operations Wing and in accordance with FAR subpart 13.501(a), the 1st SOCONS/LGCC (Commodities Flight) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Protective Group to provide CV-22 Advanced Ballistic Stopping System to this installation. This notice is not a request for quotes. The anticipated contract award number is FA441717P0011 in the amount of TBD.
