- The Regional Health Contracting Activity Atlantic (RHCO-A), located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC has a requirement to provide six (6) Phlebotomists in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is expected to be on or about 1 August 2017 with two (2) 12 month option periods. We will not award multiple contracts for this requirement. The position is designated as being on the Department of Labor (DOL). This notice is a pre-solicitation only from 4 May 2017 - 31 May 2017. Requirement will be set-aside 100% for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This is a new position and there are no incumbents. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 (Medical Laboratories), and the small business size standard is $32.5. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered and approved through the System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government System that consolidates the capabilites of CCR/FedRegistration ORCA and EPLS. There is no fee to register at this site.
