- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Richmond, Virginia through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), or Small Businesses (SB) to Provide Stryker Directinject 10cc, 1ea. DirectInject is a self-setting, calcium phosphate cement intended to repair neurosurgical burr holes, contiguous craniotomy cuts and other cranial defects not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. The product is needed for neurosurgical procedure where closure of skull bone with plates and screws is not desirable or possible because the defect is too small or narrow. Stryker DirectInject is the only on-demand HA cement available for immediate use without mixing and prep. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
