- RFI document OI1RFI-17-I-00001 Attachment 1 RFI document OI1RFI-17-I-00001 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS); Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is pleased to release this Request for Information (RFI) to determine if there are any current providers of independent applied research and development, test and evaluation program and laboratory services that can meet the requirements of DHS. Attachment 1, in the form of a draft Statement of Work, is provided to detail potential requirements, certifications, and licenses. It is desired that the Respondent provide all the requirements and hold all of the certifications and licenses listed in Attachment 1 and the response should indicate how those requirements are currently being provided.
