- The Baltimore District Army Corps of Engineers intends to include the following proprietary items the upcoming solicitation, W912DR-17-R-0004, Recapitalization of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Load Centers (LC), Denver, Colorado, for the maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property under authority of FAR 6.302-1(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements: 1. 2250KVA UPS (including batteries, DC breakers, input and output SWGR) - Eaton Electrical; 2. 3200A Magnum DS Switchgear - Eaton Electrical; 3. 3000A Magnum DS Switchgear - Eaton Electrical; 4. 2500KVA Copper VPI Transformer - Eaton Electrical; 5. 1000KVA Copper VPI Transformer - Eaton Electrical; 6. CRAC Units - Liebert model CW114U, 16,000 cfm supply. This notice of intent in not a request for proposals. Interested sources must show clear and convincing evidence that alternatives to the specified items exist. If no affirmative written response is received, the solicitation will be issued without further notice. Interested parties may identify their capabilities with respect to this requirement by 2:00PM EST on Thursday, May 25, 2017. However, all information received will be considered by the Government.
