Description

Sole Source Justification Letter - Linde Engineering North America, Inc. Appendix 'A' (equipment) Performance Work Statement (PWS) - dated 31 March 2017 Wage Determination 2015-5315 Rev.1, dated 17 March 2017 **********PRE-SOLICITATION********** Only the OEM Linde Engineering North America, Inc. has the use rights of the data and has the capability to perform the required preventative maintenance on the T-Thermal Process Air Heat Exchangers. See Sole Source Justification Letter attached. SERVICES NONPERSONAL: The contractor shall provide inspection manuals and any incidentals necessary to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) for three (3) T-Thermal Process Air Heat Exchangers at Tinker AFB. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. Basic Year: Period of Performance: 01 July 2017 - 30 June 2018 Option Year 1: Period of Performance: 01 July 2018 - 30 June 2019 Option Year 2: Period of Performance: 01 July 2019 - 30 June 2020 Option Year 3: Period of Performance: 01 July 2020 - 30 June 2021 Option Year 4: Period of Performance: 01 July 2021 - 30 June 2022 Pricing: Pricing is for one (1) Preventative Maintenance Service Inspection per year on each of the three (3) T-Thermal Process Air Heat Exchangers listed in Appendix A IAW PWS para 1.1 and 1.2. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receievd any award.
