Public Synopsis General Information Solicitation Number: JCH-17-05-04-2017 Posted Date: 05/04/2017 Current Response Date: 05/18/2017 (4:00pm EDT) Current Archive Date: 05/18/2017 NAICS Code: 531320 - Offices of Real Estate Appraisers Contracting Office Address General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Region 3 - Regional Office Building, 100 S. Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Description In accordance with FAR 5.101 (a) (2), when the expected amount exceeds $10,000 but not $25,000, this notice shall constitute the Contracting Officer providing an unclassified notice of solicitation displayed in a public place for the following requirement: The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Region 3, intends to issue a request for proposal as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the authority of FAR 19.502-2.
