- Redacted J&A The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-14-G-0004 on a sole source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) in Stratford, CT.
