- Amendment 0002 including Revised Attachments This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming solicitation for 8,000" of 2.375" Nickel-Copper Pipe. Pipe is to be seamless, Level I material. Pipe will be ultrasonically tested, and alloy identity tested. This requirement will not be a 100% small business set-aside. The purpose of this Amendment is to change the specification. The original solicitation indicated Liquid Penetrant Testing and this amendment removes this requirement. Please see the attached Amendment 2 for more information. The deadline for submission of proposals is extended to 10 May 2017.
