- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), intends to issue a 12 month bridge extension plus two six months options, if exercised will be a total of 24 months to contract W91CRB-11-D-0082 Exelis Corporation 7635 Plantation Road Roanoke VA 24019-3222 & W91CRB-11-D-0083 L-3 Communications Corporation 1215 52nd Street Tempe Arizona 85281-6987 on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition. The authority being cited is 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' The Justification and Approval for this extension will be posted on the Army Single Face to industry (ASFI)
