- Generator Set The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Memphis District, Revetment Section has a requirement for the purchase of two (2) Generator Sets for MB8501. Supplies will be delivered to the USACE Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN, 38109. Supplies/services will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-17-T-0018 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 335312(Motor and Generator Manufacturing). A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about May 4, 2017. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-17-T-0018 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Judy Stallion, 167 N.
