- Revised Delineated Area Map 5.4.17 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Trenton Delineated Area: N: Route 1 from Trenton Channel to E State St to Chambers St; E: Chambers St to Cedar Lane S: Cedar Lane, connecting to Lalor Street at S Broad St to the Trenton Channel W: Trenton Channel from Lalor Street to Route 1 (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,215 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,826 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Access per local code Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Space must be contiguous on a single level. • Space must be located on or above grade. • Space on the 2nd floor or higher must have access to at least 2 passenger elevators. • Column spacing must be at least 20' feet from center. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
