Description

Sole Source Notification The USP&FO Contracting Office, Newark, DE intends to award a sole source purchase order to FIG Community Club, Ft. Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003, Cage Code 6LZK9. Subsistence is needed in order for training to be completed. The contract will be awarded to include the following: 0001AA - AT Dinner Meals (10 pax). 10 ea. @ $8.50 = $85.00 0001AB - AT Breakfast Meals (10 pax). 10 ea. @ $6.35 = $63.50 0001AC - AT Dinner Meals (60 pax). 60 ea. @ $8.50 = $510.0 0001AD - AT Breakfast Meals (60 pax). 60 ea. @ $6.35 = $381.00 0001AE - AT Dinner Meals (105 pax). 315 ea. @ $8.50 = $2677.50 0001AF - AT Breakfast Meals (105 pax). 210 ea. @ $6.35 = $1333.50 0001AG - AT Breakfast Meals (115 pax). 1035 ea. @ $6.35 = $6572.25 0001AH- AT Dinner Meals (115 pax). 920 ea. @ $8.50 = $7820.00 0001AJ - AT Dinner Meals (105 pax). 105 ea. @ $8.50 = $892.50 0001AK - AT Breakfast Meals (105 pax). 105 ea. @ $6.35 = $666.75 Currently the Community Club is acting as the DFAC for Fort Indian Town Gap. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplier or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is (this has to be posted for 10 days, we can award before the posting closes.)4 May 2017 at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
