Kharab Telephone#: 540-653-8131 Email Address: sharon.kharab@navy.mil Description and Code: D3- - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-Q-0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis, a quantity of one License for SonarSource Enterprise Edition for 1 year. The manufacturer of the SonarSource Software is SonarSource SA. DELIVERABLE: Quantity: 1 License for SonarSource Enterprise Edition for 1 year and 1 instance Enterprise Edition includes Governance, C/C++, Objective-C and PL/SQL products 3 staging licenses for purchased products Advanced Support on the SonarQube Platform and Ecosystem of plugins 3 days of Professional Services that can be delivered on or off site Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 8 May 2017, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 8 June 2017. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed above, no later than 5 May 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
