- Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio, hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 11.105(a) and 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. AFLCMC/HNCK intends to award a sole source contract to purchase MontaVista Software License and Maintenance Support from Phoenics Electronics Corporation, 31 Nagog Park, Ste 106, Acton, MA 01720-3424, Cage Code: 52PP4, Phoenics Electronics Corp is the only authorized reseller/distributer. The Government intends to award by May 2017. Proposals for the required items are NOT being requested through this notice. A determination for other than full and open competition has been approved for this acquisition. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirements, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) days of this publication. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classifications, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
