- “Brand Name or Equal” Wyatt Mobius electrophoretic mobility analysis system The Division of Biotechnology Review and Research performs applied regulatory research on monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins. In order to understand the mechanisms involved in protein purification and virus removal, an instrument capable of measuring the electrophoretic mobility of proteins and viruses in solutions is required. Additionally, this instrument will need to be connected to a UHPLC system and capable of running in-line with a current Wyatt MicroDawn system.
